Refund policy

We DO NOT accept buyer's remorse or change of mind returns at this time as our products are made to order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Thank you for understanding!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received with picture proof to be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unwashed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email returns@obscuritees.co and include:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email the order was made with 
  • The issue
  • A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item

The most optimal pictures are on a well-lit flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

ŏbscuritees does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. 

Certain other types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not refund change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse orders at this time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not do exchanges at this time, so please confirm that you are ordering the size and item that you'd like. There is a sizing guide in the description of each product. Thank you.

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud.  Plead read our terms & conditions carefully.
